I’m Jeff Chenore, founder of the Chenore Group and a South Florida real estate professional who has spent nearly three decades helping families navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives.
My career in real estate started early. At just 19 years old, I became one of the youngest franchisees in the country, driven by a passion for business, a degree in hand, and a vision to build something meaningful in the real estate world. Since 1996, I’ve been leading the Chenore Group with a focus on market knowledge, strategic thinking, and a straightforward approach that clients appreciate.
For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling property. It’s about relationships, trust, and guiding people through major life transitions. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping multiple generations of the same families buy, sell, and invest in real estate across South Florida — something that speaks volumes about the relationships we build with our clients.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy two passions that reflect my personality: flying and golf. As a pilot, I appreciate the focus, discipline, and perspective that come with navigating the skies — skills that translate surprisingly well into navigating complex real estate deals. Golf offers the perfect balance, giving me time to recharge and enjoy the outdoors.
