Born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, Jeff graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. During his studies and post-graduation, Jeff honed his client-focused skills in the restaurant industry, working with esteemed organizations like the Merion Golf Club and the Food Network. These experiences cultivated a deep understanding of service excellence and attention to detail, which have become the cornerstone of his professional approach.
Jeff transitioned into the real estate industry after a successful tenure at American Eagle Outfitters, where he drove growth in the menswear business as a Merchant. In this role, he forged and maintained valuable partnerships with third-party brands, further strengthening his ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively—skills that seamlessly translate to real estate.
