We have friends and neighbors in real estate however, it was by PURE LUCK we were introduced to Jeff Cummings through IDEAL Agent. We didn't know anything about IDEAL Agent or Jeff Cummings and BOTH have been the best possible home sales experience that we have ever encountered in our 40 years of buying and selling our personal residences. We liked him and trusted him from our first meeting and then our relationship and ongoing experience,(from beginning to end), just unfolded EXACTLY as he anticipated for us. This process is very stressful especially when you're selling a 7000 SQ FT home and then must quickly find a temporary residence in a rental home especially in this competitive market. Anyone buying a house in the last year knows how difficult it has become. Where Jeff shined for us was in his ability to know what motivates a seller more than just the final sale price. We were actually out bid on the house we purchased, but the terms of our offer meant more to the sellers than simply being the highest bidder. When it was all said and done we purchased a home we love in the neighborhood we originally wanted to be in, and we actually ended up pretty close to the appraisal value of the home. On the flip side, when it was time to sell our house Jeff's guidance on the prep for listing and then sorting through all of the offers was well worth it. When you think of a real estate agent, you generally think of several kinds of "hats" that person has to wear -- advocate, savvy sales person, representative, educator. You want them to advocate for you, and stand on your behalf. You want them to educate you on a process that hopefully you don't need to become an expert at, because finding your dream home means escaping the house buying process for years, sometimes decades! You want them to win you a deal, a negotiation -- you want them to navigate the whole process a way that best represents you, but better than you could, because this isn't your job.

The Jeff Cummings team goes above and beyond to do just that. Jeff is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but more than that, he's surrounded himself by an amazing team. Working with Kim Murdock has been fantastic. I'm somebody with tons of questions, and I'm incredibly prompt (for better or worse!); I joke that I have an unsourced sense of urgency driving my whole life, which can be a little intimidating at times, and Kim matches that promptness with patience and kindness! We are very pleased that we chose to work with this team for our second (and hopefully last, for awhile) time buying a new home, and selling our old home.

Due to my mother's health, my wife and I needed to sell my mother's home located in Muncie, In. My wife and I live in California. I met Jeffrey during a recent visit.

I was very impressed from the start in the way Jeffrey showed up to our first meeting with information about my mother's home... sales history, tax records, marketing material and more. This guy is serious! Jeffrey was friendly and very professional. I immediately decided to list with Jeffrey.

Jeff showed complete professionalism and was extremely helpful in the sale of our home. He gave an honest evaluation of areas where we needed to potentially make changes.
