05/01/2017 - Tehmikla Bought a Apartment home in 2017 in South Mountain, Phoenix, AZ. Jeff is more than the best realtor you can find. He is a genuine good person and always has the most positive outlook for everything. Anyone can help buy you a home, but what Jeff does goes beyond just that. He makes sure you are buying the best home you want and makes sure you are getting the best deal. I was looking for a home to buy while Jeff had some life changing news while I was looking for my home. I was amazed to see he still helped me get what I wanted with the difficulties he was facing. I never would have expected anyone to continue working through something like that, let alone get me one of the best deals I could have dreamed for. I will never forget Jeff and all that he has done for me. I will be forever in his debt finding/getting me my first home.

Let me start off by saying that I am a first time home owner. Meaning I have no clue in what to look for much less the questions I need to be asking. When I found the perfect home, Jeff was on top of things and always consistent on his replies. This was extremely crucial and helpful when we were facing deadlines and went above and beyond for me. There were times when I thought I had found the perfect place but he was honest to point out anything I had overlooked that may be an issue in the long run. That was actually the case many many times but there were other angles he educated me on such as comps and if the area was in a flood zone. Again, things that I did not know what to ask for but made sure he was looking out for MY best interest. I can truly appreciate that side of Jeff as I knew he wasn't just another realtor looking to get a big commission payout. What I am most impressed by is his patience and how thorough he was with everything. I had an issue with the warranty company that was going to take care of any issues as a ressassurance for buying my first home. Unsure of what to do I called Jeff and had me in contact with someone who has been taking care of me since. This was after I had moved in and the papers were signed. A condition he negotiated with the sellers upon closing to keep my mind at ease. Did he have to do that after closing? No. However, it does say a lot about the person you are dealing with. Even after working hard to negotiate some fair terms he checked on me not long after moving as well as my parents who he had helped years earlier in buying their home. I thought he had long forgotten my parents but instantly remembered me the first time we met for a showing. Would I recommend Jeff for anyone looking for a home? YES! So stop reading this and call him right now! Let him know I sent you. He is truly a great person to work with! You will love him for his personality and his commitment.
