I was born in Fairfax, Virginia and have lived in Fredericksburg, Virginia (Spotsylvania County) since 1989. I have experienced the incredible growth of the area first-hand, and know the intricacies of the area as well as anyone. I am married with two children. I am a huge LEGO fan, and love spending time with my family and building in my spare time.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Since obtaining my license I have helped over 300 buyers find and successfully purchase their homes. My repeat clients and the referrals that come from past clients are where I take the most pride in my work. I consistently strive for a relationship that is centered around honesty, trust, patience and care. It is very important to me to know that my clients know that I take what is likely one of the largest purchases of their lives, very seriously. This feeling resonates even further, when my clients trust me enough to send a friend or family member that trusts them, to work with me.
As your Realtor, I will work just as hard to establish that level of trust with you, which I feel is needed to work together through a real estate transaction. It's a huge purchase, and sometimes things can get a bit rocky, and it's super important to have a Realtor with my level of experience. It's also incredibly important to know that your Realtor is going to be there for you every step of the way.
As a full-service Realtor, the journey only just begins when we find a home that you want to write an offer for. I will be there to show you as many homes as you need, in a low-pressure environment until you find the home that speaks to you, and is a good fit for your situation. I will be there to help you strategize and write an offer, negotiate, and all things necessary to assist you with getting your future home under contract. Once the contract period begins, I will be there to manage your tasks alongside you to ensure that we remain in compliance with the deadlines in the contract. I will assist you with scheduling inspections, I will be there at the home inspection with you, I will negotiate any/all repairs needed. I will even assist you in finding a great, reputable lender. I will manage consistent communications with the lender that you choose, to ensure that everything is always moving smoothly and to keep you on track to remain in good standing and ultimately meet the agreed upon closing/settlement date.
After the transaction is complete, I don't disappear (unless you want me to, of course). I make it a point to remain in contact with my clients through client appreciation events, parties, etc. to nurture that ongoing relationship between us. My hope is to be here as your 'forever Realtor.' To be your resource for any and all questions you have about your home, real estate investing, selling and buying future real estate together.
