Jeffrey Hans

A San Diego resident since 1977, he moved from the Upstate New York after graduating Ithaca College with a BS in Business Administration. He worked in retail sales/management and then became Vice President of Sales/Marketing in a highly successful software sales company that grew from 5 people to employing 45 people nationwide. He obtained his real estate license in 2000 and worked as a loan officer, eventually opening Capstone Funding, a branch of Windsor Capital Mtg. He sold his 1st home in 2006 and joined RE/MAX in 2008 as a Buyer's agent. He has been an independent Realtor since 2009 and enjoys every aspect of the real estate industry. Whether educating 1st time home buyers, helping relocate military or business executives, researching investment properties, helping families downsize - up-size or providing assistance to senior citizens transitioning into their Golden Years - he utilizes his experience and education throughout the transaction to ensure the real estate transaction is both a successful and enjoyable experience. Once completed, he stays in touch to provide his Client Appreciation Services and recommendations whenever needed.
