Jeffrey Kallberg

Jeffrey Kallberg, although not a Florida native, first migrated to South Florida in 1992. He was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and then moved to New York for 8 years before coming to Florida. Once arriving he developed an instant love affair with the Sunshine State where Jeffrey and wife Amy Lord Kallberg now call home.

Prior to being licensed as a Realtor in 2005 Jeffrey was, and continues to be, a real estate investor. This active market engagement has firmly established Jeffrey as a local expert in residential real estate, a role he embraces to help people transition to another home or find that perfect investment. As part of his service Jeffrey also offers guidance to corporations and non-profit organizations giving Broker Price Opinions and other consultation to assist in real estate related decisions. All of this creates a unique perspective and understanding of the criteria for the underlaying value of real estate or in other words, what makes the market "tick."

Educated in Florida, Jeffrey attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where he earned a B.A. in Ministry and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies.

With a true heart for service Jeffrey has worked on many charity/philanthropic/mission projects both in South Florida and in the Developing (Third) World. In addition, he served as a Minister at a local West Palm Beach church functioning as the lead for local outreach and international missions.

While spending many years overseas living among and serving in other cultures, including Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and India he has developed a deep respect and admiration for all people, cultures, and beliefs.
