Jeffrey has lived in the Bay Area most of his life, with short stays in Southern California and Hong Kong. He graduated from San Jose State University majoring in Civil Engineering. Prior to his real estate career, he worked for various private engineering firms and government agencies conducting building structure and transportation designs. As such, his engineering skill comes in handy as a Realtor because he can spot possible structural and foundation issues in a home or what few simple, structural changes may greatly increase the functionality of a home, and therefore, its value. He has excellent communication skills and a penchant for attention to detail, as well as very sound management skills all of which help to make his real estate and financing transactions sound and smooth.

Jeffrey and his wife, Nora, currently live in Milpitas. Their dogs, cats, and lizards are the pride of their lives. He volunteers as a PowerPoint presenter at his church and is a supporter of various animal rescue organizations. He has lived and worked in San Jose, Fremont, Pleasanton, San Mateo, Morgan Hill, and various Bay Area cities.
