Jeffrey Martindale

Jeffrey specializes in working with investors to manage their real estate assets by creating and implementing plans to maximize the value of their real estate investment portfolios. He has extensive experience assisting investors throughout the commercial investment sales and purchase process, including property selection, financial analysis, and property due diligence.

His brokerage experience puts him in a position to essentially act as any company's in-house real estate department. He is well versed in being able to identify a company's real estate goals, assist with site selection, perform contract/lease negotiations, and supervise the tenant improvement process.
