Jeff did a great job helping us to buy our new home in Bayside Lakes! He was very proactive in communicating and working with the seller's agent to get all the contract details worked out and make everything happen quickly and efficiently. He communicated with us all the time during the entire process and was always advocating for us throughout. Jeff also recommended great, professional (and thorough!) companies for all of the inspections as well as a terrific mortgage company with a local representative who made a generally stressful and difficult part of the buying process very easy. We have bought and sold 5 homes now, and this was one of the best experiences we have had. We would definitely recommend Jeff without hesitation to friends and family members looking for an agent.
