Jeffrey Morgan

Jeff Morgan is a 4th generation Seattle native. As a Seattle native, Mr. Morgan began working in real estate in 1988 during college as a residential realtor in San Diego, CA. In 1992 he began working as a loan officer and eventually became Vice President for American Security Mortgage in Cleveland, OH., managing a staff of 12 employees. Upon returning to Seattle in the mid 1990’s and returning to his passion of real estate and land development, Mr. Morgan has sold, leased, and developed residential, retail, biotech, and infill properties in King County for the past 20 years. Mr. Morgan and Morgan Realty offer an experienced, specialized knowledge of in-city homes, property sourcing, appraisal, zoning, land use and if needed, the local entitlement process.
