Jeff was very helpful with consulting us on what we need to do to sell our house. He met with us in April of 2015 and gave us some advice on what we should do to get our house ready to sell. Then he put us in contact with a local stager (this is part of his service) who gave us an extensive list of what we should do with our house in order to sell in a timely manner. After my husband and I spent 3 months getting our house ready to list our house, we contacted Jeff again. He had our house photographed for listing and that same evening we had one showing with one of his agents. The buyer made an offer before we even had to list our house. The whole process seemed to go very smoothly. He was responsive to our questions and emails. He was easy to work with and answered all of our questions we needed answered. We loved working with Jeff. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the market and what buyers were looking for in their homes. He has a fantastic ability to understand your needs/desires on setting your price while also lending wisdom into the final decision making. We even had an unfortunate set back when a buyer backed out of a deal due to a sudden and unseen issue. Jeff had us back up on the market and sold our home AGAIN! It was such a relief to know he was our agent through that season of life because he knew exactly what to do even when it was rough. We felt like we were in great hands throughout our entire experience. Jeff also represented us very well in the final negotiation of selling the home. It was interesting to go through the process of inspection, and here again, Jeff's experience helped us navigate a somewhat demanding buyer. I had listed my house with a different realtor prior to reaching out to Jeff. My house was on the market for a couple months with very little activity and my realtor prior to Jeff would not return my phone calls or emails. I was frustrated and decided it was time for a change and Jeff's name was always brought up as a very reliable resource. I reached out to him and explained my situation and he was very confident we would be able to sell my house quickly. I immediately decided it was time to make the switch to him and I couldn't have been happier! Jeff provides a staging consultation while listing with your house with him and Kristin from Organized Home Staging does a great job prior to getting your house listed. She does a thorough walk through of your house and provides very detailed recommendations to make your house ready for selling. I made many of the changes per her recommendations and we had the house listed again very shortly after. My house had many more showings in the 1 week the 2nd time it was listed and we had an offer within the week. Jeff was able to help navigate my way through all the negotiations for the purchase agreement and inspection. I ran into more difficulties than I wanted to with selling and Jeff made the process as easy as it could be and he was always there for me.
