Sandy is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! Everything from her quick responses to creativity with offers was impeccable! My husband and I were relocating from NYC area when my work provided me with Sandy’s information, I truly feel so blessed that our paths crossed! She went above and beyond for me and my family- was always on call willing to go see houses at the drop of a hat, took multiple house tours for us and showed us via FaceTime because we were unable to come up so often for showings. She was always honest and truthful which I really appreciated especially during COVID and trying to by a house in a new area. We are now in a beautiful brand new house in Webster, surrounded by neighbors who have become family and I am so grateful for Sandy because she made that happen for us! This review is specifically for Tina Clancy, one of the realtor's on The Jeff Scofield Team. Tina Clancy is an excellent realtor. More importantly, she is a great communicator and is honest with her clients by providing information as objectively as possible. My wife and I stumbled upon Tina by pure luck through a Zillow listing. We ended up connecting with her after looking at a house that fell through for us. From here, Tina spent the next 3 months working with us in person and remotely. She listened very well to our feedback, even when we adjusted our criteria on several occasions. Tina was very accessible through text and email, and was very proactive in sending us houses that she felt were up our alley. When we finally found the home we wanted, Tina was really judicious in negotiating the closing and final details. No one knows Rochester property like Jeff. He was a great source of information during my home search. His personal opinion on the property I bought was the deciding factor in putting in an offer. I haven't regretted buying in that area or that property.

The only issue I had was that my buyer's agent did not suggest any properties to look at, she just depended on me to look around and tell her what I wanted to see...which doesn't give her much value. When it came time to put in an offer she was reluctant to go in $5k under the asking and seemed uncomfortable negotiating. She was nice and timely though, and very attentive. But I really need when buying a house is an advocate in my corner.

We worked with Jeff a decade ago to sell our prior house and purchase our current one. Jeff enabled us to sell the prior house without a glitch, and we obtained a great sales price too ! The purchase was much more complicated, as the prior owner was less than forthcoming about roof leaks and septic issues.
