Let me just start off by saying that Jeff exceeded all of my expectations when searching for a home! Jeff was actually referred to me by a friend who had also used him to sell and buy their new home and they could not stop raving about him. I now know why! To be honest I thought this would be the most stressful time, but somehow Jeff seemed to alleviate all stressors by being knowledgeable, informative, and ALWAYS on top of his game. Not to mention that Jeff was extremely professional and never stopped making me feel like we were his only priority. When I think about individuals who go above and beyond, I think of Jeff! Going forward, Jeff will be my main contact for any future realty endeavors!!

Jeff’s professionalism and energy ensured that the property was prepared for listing in an incredibly short time-frame. He located and engaged contractors to finish upgrades necessary for the home to pass city inspection, making certain the work was completed to very high standards in the most economical way possible. We would have easily been trying to have repairs performed over a six-month period rather than the six weeks it took with his help. This was my second time working with Jeff and I have to say i'm even more impressed! The first time working with Jeff he helped me list my home and had it sold in no time. This time I was interested in purchasing an investment property so I knew I had to call Jeff again. He spent a lot of time walking me through multiple properties during the week and weekends. Being a first-time home buyer at 22, I was absolutely terrified and did not know the first thing about buying a house. Jeff was generous enough to meet with me and discuss the whole entire buying process from start to close before we even started looking at houses so I understood how everything would work, which made the whole entire process a breeze. While looking at houses he taught me about all of the things you should be looking for in a house to get the most for your money, while also getting what you like. Amazing experience!! Jeff went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for selling my house so fast! He even went as far as helping me with my “curb appeal” by taking a Saturday and helping me landscape the front of the house. I’ve never heard of another realtor doing something like that and its really impressive! What makes Jeff so amazing is his flexibility. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. I told him what I was looking for and we went from there. While we were viewing houses I would make adjustments on what I wanted and he went to work. What was amazing was his ability to get a good grasp of what I wanted and what I could make do without. I gave him a general area I wanted to be in and that's where we made our rounds. Not even a dozen houses he found me one that had good bones, a fantastic area and a few fixes that I could live with all at a price that wouldn't leave me reeling.

What makes Jeff a worthwhile choice as a realtor is that he listens and learns what you want. You're not a number or a nameless client. His wealth of knowledge is also an amazing resource to tap into. You can't do anything about the market but you can do something about the realtor you choose.
