We found ourselves shopping for a vacation condo in one of the most difficult market conditions in recent history for buyers. Jelena was fantastic is helping narrow down our search to the specifically what we wanted. Sending us current listings and also getting us set up to view listings prior to them going active on the market. She was attentive and had great communication skills throughout the process. When we ran into some issues with underwriting on the property we chose, she used those skills to keep the sellers agent and the seller engaged to see it through to the end. We ended up with a condo we love, in the exact area we wanted to a fantastic price and she was able to get us in contract before it was technically on the market.

Jelena knows her market on the Space Coast and uses that knowledge as leverage in her search and negotiation for her buyers. I cannot recommend Jelena enough. We feel very fortunate to have found her as our agent.
