Jen was an absolutely amazing agent in all regards! We started working with her in the Fall of 2023 as we were preparing to list, when we unexpectedly had some water damage to our home during freezing temperatures in Seattle that winter. This kicked off a rather difficult year long process of working with insurance and contractors to repair our home - all while my family lived away from the property. Jen was there every step of the way. She was our eyes and ears on the ground and went above and beyond to help us get our home back in a listing-ready condition. She had a terrific network of people we used for maintenance, painting, staging etc.

Once we did finally list, Jen generated an incredible amount of interest in our home, and got us a selling price quite a bit above what we were hoping for! I Throughout then whole process, she was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend her services.

Jen was amazing. I reached out to her on the recommendation from my cousin in LA, Jennifer Tisdale, who is a realtor for The Agency. I was involved because my son was purchasing his first home and needed help, I live in Miami so wasn't too accessible. Her task was not an easy one as he was very reluctant to leave Redmond and also wanted to be in walking distance to Redmond City center area. She took the time and convinced him to expand his search because what he wanted wasn't going to happen in Redmond. Ultimately after considering other areas in walking distance to restaurants and shop she found him the perfect home in Redmond. Not in walking distance to shops and restaurants like he wanted but the home fit him and what he wanted so well. He is so happy with his decision and absolutely loves his home. She handled the situation perfectly with him from day one and was amazing in helping navigate the home purchasing process. I highly recommend Jen as a realtor.

I’ll be the first to admit, I was a little intimidated by Jen’s title when she was first introduced to me as the managing partner of The Agency’s Seattle branch. After all, would a managing partner even have time to show two first-time homebuyers, who were also from out-of-state, all over the Eastside neighborhoods? Although I can’t speak on behalf of other managing partners, I can confidently say that Jen completely blew our expectations out of the water, and I wouldn’t be writing this review from the living room of our new home had it not been for Jen’s unmatched effort throughout this whole process.

Jen didn’t just unlock a few doors or send over a couple listings. As soon as we arrived in town, she showed up, coffee in hand, and drove us to over ten neighborhoods where we must have seen over thirty properties over the next two days. Jen could tell that my wife and I were complete newbies to this area of Washington, and insisted that we check out more neighborhoods than we had originally anticipated. On top of being extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, Jen showcased her ability to laser in on our home buying criteria throughout our conversations, and really made us feel like she put our family’s needs above all else. Even though the schedule was grueling, Jen always brought high energy and endless stories that made our busy trip feel just like a road trip with friends.

The last thing I’ll touch on is how well connected and respected Jen is amongst her peers - a trait that is both invaluable and actually ended up being critical to our own process. As day two rolled around and we weren’t sure if we would end up finding our home during this visit, Jen started to work her magic and made some calls out to her network to get us access to properties that had not yet been listed. It honestly felt like she had just “poofed” some viewings out of thin air, and the only reason we even came close to seeing the place that we ended up falling head over heels with was due to how connected Jen is with her colleagues and community.

Jen truly is the real deal and my wife and I are so incredibly happy to walk away from this process with not only a forever home, but also with a forever agent.

I highly recommend Jen and her team if you want a full-service, on-the-spot realty team. Jen's extensive experience in the industry allows her to rapidly employ competent contractors to handle whatever is necessary to get a house ready for sale. In my case, there was significant deferred maintenance required to get the 120-year-old house in shape, and they completed the work quickly and professionally.

Once the house was ready, she brought in her masterful stager to showcase the house in the best possible light and obtain the maximum sale value. Within a couple of days on the market, we had multiple offers to evaluate. However, Jen's work didn't end there.

In my particular case, there were some unexpected events that could have easily derailed the deal, including a nightmarish break-in at the empty house just a day before closing! Jen and her team immediately took charge, resolving the situation and ensuring that we still closed on the scheduled day. Despite being away at my new home, I had full confidence that they were handling everything. Thanks to Jen and her team, the deal is now behind us, and we can focus on settling into our new house.

Jen Cameron was my agent when I purchased a home that closed ten days ago. She called me within five minutes of when this house went on the market on a Friday evening. We had a private showing the next day and by Sunday morning had agreed on a contract with the seller. By this point, we had been working together for a couple of months and had looked seriously at several other places, even paying for an inspection on one. Jen was always available within just a couple of hours or less and bear in mind that I was not her only client during this time.
