Jen entered our universe at the perfect time. We were in the middle of renovating our house to put on the market when Jen entered the picture and gave us the encouragement and positivity we needed to hear to get the right price for the house. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and worked for us instead of for herself. I would highly recommend her when you’re looking to sell. She knows her stuff (and is also female which gets huge props in my book)!

Jen did such an incredible job selling our house in the heart of Larchmont. We had ten offers, and every one of them was good. She kept me calm during a typically stressful time for a seller. During the entire process, there was no confusion because she was always available to explain any concerns I had, and I had a lot. Also, the pictures and videos are easily the best around, and I’m not kidding.

She also gave my wife and me fantastic advice on purchasing a home out of state and communicated with our North Carolina agent when information needed to be relayed.

I would not hesitate to use her again if my family ever moved back to The Hampton Roads area. She also did all this while her husband was deployed overseas.
