Working with Jen was fantastic and everything went so smoothly! I had reached out to Jen a while back about selling my condo but the timing wasn’t right. Jen was patient and didn’t rush me into a decision to sell. When the opportunity presented itself, I reached out to Jen and she provided me with info on market conditions and although the market was cooling off a bit, she quickly made things happen. When offers were being submitted, Jen timed and worked everything out perfectly where I was able to get the offer I wanted! I highly recommend Jen! I appreciated her responsiveness, sense of urgency, guidance, knowledge about the market and experience! I was in exceptional hands throughout the whole process.

Review 1 Selling my home: I was referred to Jen by a few friends who had worked with her in the past. Realizing she was SoCal-based and my listing was in NorCal, I went into our initial call with some concerns on the distance between us. However, Jen quickly put those concerns to rest after our initial walkthrough. All of the recommendations she made to prepare to list were effective and definitely helped my home show better. She was 10x more responsive to my questions than the local agent I used to buy this place. She was available for all the key in-person events. She knows what she is doing and got me the best deal with the best terms. The buyer wound up being from SoCal and I attribute her network reach in bringing in this buyer. She is extremely pleasant & nice, but very shrewd & firm when it comes to closing deals. All the qualities one needs in a real estate agent. I plan on doing business with Jen for a very long time.

Review 2 Buying my home: In addition to selling my home for me, Jen also provided me with support in purchasing my new home. Originally, our relationship began with helping me with a purchase of a 2nd home I was prepared to make an offer on. What was supposed to be a straightforward purchase of a coastal home given the COVID situation, quickly turned into a tour of market research up and down the entire state of California. She met and toured me in Napa, Pismo, Santa Cruz and the Silicon Valley. She is a true "destination agent"! Most agents would have just submitted the offer on the home I thought I wanted to make the easy commission. However, Jen was not convinced of the neighborhood the home was in and the perceived value. She provided me her professional insight and helped me weigh out the pros/cons. In the end, I upgraded my primary home with a more central location. I could not be happier and cannot recommend Jen enough to my friends and colleagues. It's not everyday you come across an agent who prioritizes the customer's best interests over her own.
