Jen Cole, Realtor and Real Estate Artist at National Realty Guild has been honored to help hundreds of clients over the last 15+ years in Eastern Minnesota & Western Wisconsin. Raised in a family with a strong work ethic, Jen developed a never give up attitude and very instinctive nature. Jen learned at a young age that anticipation and an eye for details were strong suits for her. But what is important to Jen is to learn what's important to her clients and then put her creative intention towards obtaining the best outcome possible to benefit her clients. Jen has the gift of discernment and has used it for years to help her clients know when to go for a better price or when to tread lightly. Each real estate transaction has a life energy of its own and when managed well, the experience created for all those involved is very positive. After experiencing so many closing it's easy for Jen to anticipate 95% of the challenges, the rest are a chance to put her relentless problem-solving skills to use. There are always solutions and that's what the focus should be on. In Jen's off time she enjoys cooking for her family, studying spirituality, meditation, yoga and home remodeling projects.
