We worked with approximately a gazillion realtors...until we found Jen. Once we saw a house with her, we never went back. She is awesome. She is fun, energetic, affirming, she saw our vision, she listened actively and remembered things we said. She got in on our jokes. We were looking at houses with a good friend. She drove around with us for miles and miles because we had no idea what we wanted or where. Other realtors told us places were out of their area, or not what we would want. Not Jen. She took us wherever we wanted to go. And she did it with overflowing positive energy.

She responds to texts instantly, even on evenings and weekends. She took care of everything. The only confusion we had was that we thought buying a home would be more complicated. Jen made it as easy as 'we will take this one' and boom, its done. Our new home is wonderful, and we love that our first ever memory of it was when we walked around it with Jen Foster. The ONLY sad thing is that we don't get to tour homes with her anymore. To anyone considering working with her, do it.

Our family can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Jen Foster and Keller Williams Chervenic Realty. Jen has so much knowledge of the market and industry. She was able to get us top dollar for the sale of our home and the best price for the purchase of our new home. Jen will provided a detailed booklet about Keller Williams and comps in your area. She is available pretty much anytime via an email, text or a phone call. She is quick to respond and get the answers you need. I will admit that the closing process, setting a date for it and setting a date for movers was a very stressful time. Our situation had the domino affect of two other families selling and buying homes. Jen did her very best to keep things on track, keep us calm and ensured that everything will work out. She has a lot of energy and a very positive outlook on life and work. We now have a new friend from this process. Thank you very much Jen!!
