I had an exceptional experience working with Jen Haggard. My wife and I were in the market to purchase our second investment property/rental. I spoke to Jen about what would be our ideals and she quickly set up searches and sent them my way for what we may be interested in. After further consideration, we decided to look a little closer to home and Jen added a third search to the mix. When I saw properties that I was interested in but I wasn't able to see (they were too far away for me to visit during the week), she sent one of her associates to take videos of the area and the property itself, which proved to be incredibly insightful and saved me the trips.

A little property at a low price-point popped up in one of the searches that was in our close-to-home search, and Jen made arrangements to see it the very next day (I saw the property that evening). Jen guided us through making a compelling offer which was accepted! As we went through the process, Jen proved to be a fantastic guide and mentor, someone who I really felt was on MY side and trying to get the best deal for me, guiding me on what steps we should take when (inspection, then appraisal, etc) to negotiate and get the best deal. She also recommended a great mortgage broker who I also felt like was on my side and trying to get me the best rates at a very tumultuous time of rate adjustments.

If you want a knowledgeable realtor who you can be straightforward with and who really feels like a partner who is looking out for you through the whole process, Jen Haggard is the way to go.

Jen, Hannah, and their team made my home buying experience a pleasure in spite of the challenges faced at the beginning of the pandemic and by nature of my relocation to the area. Jen and Hannah were absolutely amazing to work with! We were looking to move up to the Tacoma area from
