This review is long overdue, but Jeneane Brackett is a very recommended realtor! Besides the fact that she is a wonderful individual, she is a great realtor as well. In summer of 2021 we were approached up north by buyers for our home. We were intrigued by the North Branch area, and reached out to Jeneane about a listed property. That property was already pending sale, but she offered to show us a few other options. The sale on our own home didn’t move forward so we decided to back out of the game. A few months later we decided to try listing our home up north on the actual market. It sold faster then we planned, but we reached out to Jeneane again. She was not at all phased by the fact that we used her services months earlier, and then didn’t end up following through. In this case we had our house sold, and she helped us search online for different homes to tour. We were going to go with a beginning stage new build, but through her connections and advice we found a model home option with Graphic in North Branch. She tolerated all my many texts, emails, and phone calls during and after the process. She never let us feel like a burden. We were also living 2 hours away, and she worked very hard to fit us in with other clients and our tricky schedule. If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, you won’t go wrong with Jeneane! Thanks for making the process so much easier for us.

Simply put, Jeneane was amazing & my family would highly recommend her! We really appreciated her professionalism & her commitment to getting the best offer for us. Working with a group of five siblings must've been challenging, but Jeneane was successful in communicating with the entire group & very responsive to all our needs and questions. She had an intuitive grasp of the emotional aspect of selling a parent's home and was always incredibly sensitive & kind. We were so fortunate to work with her!
