I'm a mortgage broker and have worked with dozens upon dozens of realtors over the years, and Jenessa is one of my all time favorites. She has tons of energy and is great to be around, which is more important than you realize if you're a buyer needing to tour a bunch of homes with a Realtor. She's young, but already has more transactions under her belt than some realtors I know that have been in the business for a decade. I've personally referred many clients of mine to her and she's done an amazing job helping them buy homes, get great concessions from listing agents, and just all around being fun to work with.

Jenessa is seriously thee BEST Realtor in the PNW!!!! She is licensed in both Washington and Oregon, making it so easy for my family and I to shop around. I met her through a mutual family member, somebody I trust to give us the best and he sure delivered! My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Jenessa and we have nothing but good things to say. First off, even though we hadn't been pre-approved she was still willing to work with us and not many agents do that, so I really appreciated that from her. When we started looking at homes she was very knowledgeable about items inspectors would normally discuss with you - from different types of drainage, bolted ceilings & more. My fiance (environmental worker) and Jenessa were able to talk through important issues & benefits about each home we saw while thoroughly explaining them to me. One thing I admired about her was that she could push you out of your comfort zone, this coming from a semi-closed minded person. Overall, when it came down to numbers Jenessa was able to get us in the race beating 10 offers. She was also able to reduce the sellers price and managed to get us many credits. She was always available for any questions and was quick with updates. We will definitely recommend her to whoever needs help in finding a home as we are certainly happy in our new home thanks to Jenessa's connections and hard work✌️

We can't say enough good things about working with Jenessa Clark. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. We are first time home buyers. The owners of our rental decided to sell it so we had 90 days to move. We were totally unprepared for going through the process of buying a home. With the price of rental right now we decided to see if home buying was an option for our family. We are so grateful that we were paired with her as our realtor. We felt so comfortable with her from the very start. She really listened to what we needed in a home for our family. She was so patient with us and walked us through the whole process. In this crazy market right now I felt like we were working with an impossible time frame to not only find a house with our work schedules but to close on one and be moved in by our deadline. Jenessa worked tirelessly every weekend looking at homes with us. Pointing out things that we didn't even know we should be looking for when looking at houses. 29 homes, 5 bids, 2 inspections, and 1 appraisal later, we finally closed on a home. She not only devoted so much time and effort, but really thought about the best interests of our family through the whole process. We feel she really went above and beyond for our family and we are truly grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with such an amazing person. Jenessa Nguyen Clark is a Magnificent Realtor!
I was an out of state buyer on a very tight budget, looking for a 3 bed 2 bath cosmetic fixer in the Portland/Salem corridor. I telecommute, so I need to be in a metro area where there is reliable fast internet access. My big dog needs a good size backyard to play in, and I wanted to live in a beautiful neighborhood that showed a true pride in ownership. I also had a bunch more on my wish list, including a big kitchen, a 2-car garage, an onsuite bath, and an inside laundry space. The market has been tough, but Jenessa was with me the entire time. She literally traveled to dozens of homes, would measure every room, and send me photos and videos. Sometimes we would even Facetime together as she walked the properties and toured the neighborhoods. I made offers on 10+ houses and came in 2nd most every time. This told me that Jenessa’s pricing was right on target, and I knew that I wouldn’t be overpaying for a house. Even though I understood this, after coming in 2nd so many times I started to become disheartened and ready to quit. Jenessa continued to encourage me that the best fit for me was just around the corner. She was so right. Jenessa found me the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood; an ugly duckling just ready to become a swan. The house ticked of all of needs and most of wants, and finally my offer was accepted! When we walked the house together, Jenessa had a brilliant idea to capture the one item this house didn’t have that was on my wish list. She suggested I add a laundry closet that would enclose a funky unused space that happened to back up directly to the washer dryer area in the garage. Plumbing costs would be a minimum and I would get my indoor laundry space. Brilliant!
But our story doesn’t end here. Once we received the inspection report, the cosmetic fixer turned into a bigger project. I became exasperated (and not too professional I am embarrassed to admit,) and was ready to back out. But Jenessa never lost her cool, instead she got a number of estimates on the items that needed repair to give me a better idea of the situation. Armed with this information, I agreed on purchasing but wanted to renegotiate the price. Then Jenessa really went to work! She negotiated an AMAZING price based on the inspection report, and now I’m in a better place even with needed repairs.
In closing, if you need to choose a realtor, your search is over. This was the sixth home I have purchased in my lifetime, and I have never seen such dedication in a realtor. Jenessa, I can’t thank you enough.
