Jenifer Smith

After a successful career as the top leasing agent for ZOM Residential, a real estate developer of luxury apartment homes, Jenifer went on to earn her Real Estate license in 2004, quickly becoming the top sales agent, bringing in over $30 Million in sales during her first year selling luxury condominiums for the same developer. She then moved to Coldwell Banker's "The Condo Store" and was in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. In 2006, Jenifer earned her Real Estate Broker's license and focused on investors purchasing multi-family properties up to $100M.
Jenifer's passion goes beyond Real Estate, as she is professional singer and worship leader actively involved in her church and community. She also has the privilege of being an aunt to six adorable nieces and nephews she loves like her own.
