I found Jenna to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Sacramento market. My husband and I were looking to relocate from San Jose to the Sacramento area. Our situation was a little challenging since I lived in San Jose and worked in Phoenix Monday-Friday. I only had the weekends to look at homes. We gave Jenna our parameters - location, size of the home and price range she was off and running. She worked closely with my husband on setting-up appointments during the week to tour homes. Within 30 days we found the home we wanted that fit our budget. From the day escrow started Jenna was right there to help answer questions and put us both at ease on the astringent loan process. We closed within the 30 day window and was living in our new home a few weeks later. We have been in our home for 7 months and she still checks in on us from time to time.
