Jenni & Company Residential Real Estate - a team at Compass - has been in existence since October 2017, but Jenni's career in Real Estate started over 15 years ago in 2005. For the first five years of her career, Jenni gained most of her experience “behind the scenes” as a Transaction Manager/Marketing Manager for other successful teams. In 2010, she made the decision to “sink or swim” and try her hand in real estate sales during one of the hardest times to sell real estate directly after the market crash. While building her business – she investigated on what was working and what wasn’t with clients she met with. Service was lacking. Communication was lacking. Empathy was lacking. All things that Jenni considered herself.

She took that knowledge, her natural relationship building ability and skillset to create systems and processes that always put the client first and allowed them to get the best service possible. This worked, and the brand flourished to be a top Real Estate Team in the Richmond and surrounding areas Jenni & Co has proven year over year that the real estate experience does not have to be negative.
