Jennie is a local expert in El Dorado Hills! We are very lucky to have hired Jennie to be our listing agent for our investment property in El Dorado Hills. Jeannie stood out among all the 7 agents whom I interviewed. She immediately went to our property and came up with a list of critical items that had to be addressed to get us top dollar in this market. Her local knowledge and her resourceful network helped prepared the house in top notch conditions. She became the gatekeeper/project manager of the work performed by our whole repair crew and checked off work before the buyers/inspectors came in. We accepted an over-asking offer within 2 weeks and she helped us address all the blockers so we could close escrow sooner than the contract date. We couldn't be more happier and we thought the whole process become so smooth with Jennie being an excellent communicator and always on top of all the issues. If you are looking to hire a realtor as a listing agent or buying agent, look no further, Jennie will be your top choice. We will love to work with her again in the near future!
