Jen is awesome and you should use her as your realtor. She is communicative, enthusiastic, and is on your team. She helped us through buying our first home and helped us not just find an awesome house, but explained each step of the process and gave us tons of options and recommendations when it came to settlement companies, inspectors, different negotiations in the contract, and more. I have been working with Jennifer Avery for a few months TRYING to get to closing on my Mom's house. We put the house on the market on a Wednesday & had a ratified contract on Friday, for FULL asking price & buyer paying closing costs. Then the fun started. Inspection time. Most of the people involved didn't even know me as the owner, because Jennifer handled EVERYTHING. From chasing down contractors & engineers to trying to keep the buyer. I couldn't ask for a better person to be there to work in my best interest. Jennifer is professional and she KNOWS PEOPLE. If you want someone to be there for you and go above & beyond the call of duty, Jennifer Avery is your girl. I am so glad that I chose her for my realtor.
