Born into an "entrepreneurial" family, I was focused on what my Niche would be. I love seeing people happy no matter the life changing event. It clicked after a successful 10 years of banking. I decided to follow my passion and become a full-time Realtor. Real estate wasn't new to me. Raised in Florida; I assisted my father in his non profit business purchasing homes in low income neighborhoods, to restore them for occupancy. I've done some traveling, but my roots always brought me back to Florida. Why not? Once someone visits here, they want to stay!
So rather it be a job relocation, retirement, divorce or even the loss of a loved one, all life event require a person that is going to be cognizant of all that needs to take place in this special time.
