Jenn Barrows came as a blessing. We were referred to her by another agent, which speaks for itself. What professional refers you to someone inept? Anyway, the agent was out of town so he introduced us to Jenn,
when we found a house that we thought we could be our new home. With all the challenges that COVID presented, she got us tours of the house in short order, was very responsive, was a strong advocate for us, and kept things moving forward on a positive note, while managing the three very different personalities my family brought to her perfectly. She never overreacted to any news from the seller and helped us remain "calm" when the inevitable challenges presented themselves. In the end, we settled on our new home in 60 days, and Jenn and her team made sure we had all the resources we needed for a seamless closing. But she was not done there. Jenn has remained engaged, letting us know about local resources to help our move into our home go smoothly. I want to reiterate; Jenn's end-to-end process did not stop at settlement. She has continued to stay in touch, to see how things are going and to ask if she could be of further assistance. Jenn Barrows and her team are a pleasure to work with. I was recommended to Jenn by a friend who recommended a realtor to me in Ocean City back in 2013 (for my beach condo) and Baltimore in 2001 (my last full time residence) so I knew her recommendation was going to be a home run! It was! Jenn and her team followed up on everything, the photographer she hired did an outstanding job and her Office Manager Joyce is the best in the business!
