My hobbies outside of real estate include attending my youngest daughter’s softball and volleyball games, traveling to new locations and learning their history and what makes them unique, pinning home decor ideas on Pinterest, playing with my pets (2 dogs & 2 cats), spending hours talking to my sisters, reading fiction and non-fiction books, listening to true crime & real estate podcasts, and trying new foods. I love puns, corny dad jokes, & light sarcasm.
The things that set me apart from other agents in my market is my warmth and humor when working a transaction with my clients. Once under contract, I will work as a teammate with the other agent, inspectors, appraiser, lender, title & closing agencies, and anyone else involved in the transaction to get the deal to the closing table. I continually follow the trends in the local and national market, stay abreast of changes in interest rates and lending programs, and follow new and existing listings in the Central West Tennessee Area.
I’ve completed over 150 hours of real estate education. I was 2023 Runner up for Milan Best of the Best Real Estate Agent. I’ve earned the SRES and ABR designations. I’ve completed C2EX training. I’ve successfully completed over 55 transactions in 8 counties in Tennessee for buyers and sellers. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors. I serve on several boards and enjoy giving back to the community.
