Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987, Jennifer Erdley offers over 38 years of real estate experience. Originally licensed in Northern Virginia, Jennifer relocated to Colorado in 1992 to the Teller County area. She purchased a Real Estate Company in 1994 and managed over fifteen real estate agents as well as remained an active broker. A large Real Estate Firm purchased Jennifer’s company in 1997 which allowed her to dedicate all her time to real estate sales. During the spring of 1999 she completed the education required to become a licensed appraiser. Although she is not active as an appraiser, this provides her with more knowledge of property values. She joined the Prudential team in 2000. With Prudential Jennifer achieved being in the top 6% in sales of Prudential agents nationwide. Recently, in 2001 Jennifer became top producing broker in Teller County and 2002 listed as top producing broker in Woodland Park competing with all licensed Real Estate Brokers. Recognized with production awards each year.
She joined the Re/Max office in 2006 which would provide more opportunity for her and her customers. Jennifer started her own Real Estate Company, The Compass Team, Real Estate Group which she is the Managing Broker. She really enjoys her career in real estate.
