Jenn was such a great realtor that she made me feel confident in purchasing my first home in this crazy VA market. This market has been brutal, but she stayed positive and attentive in guiding me through this whole process, including dealing with my meltdowns. She is also incredibly responsive and follows up quickly. Even after closing on the house, she has still been so helpful with recommendations for professionals for painting, pest control, and etc! I couldn't have done this without her!

We are moving from a small, mid-western town to a Washington D.C. suburb. We tried for a few weeks to find a rental house on our own and felt completely lost at every turn. We felt like we were investing dozens of hours and hundreds of dollars (application fees!) and getting nowhere.

Jennifer went to work for us immediately and we could not be happier. Within a week she located and toured 3 properties for us, guided us through the application process, and helped us land the perfect rental property for our family. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who needs real estate help in her area!

Our experience selling our home with Jenn honestly couldn’t have been better. It was so much easier than other real estate transactions we’ve had—it was actually fun! Jenn was super responsive and personable, and struck a great balance between keeping us in the loop while getting business done behind the scenes. We were already living far from the area, so everything had to be done virtually. We thought this would be a challenge, but Jen not only made the whole process super smooth, but even helped schedule and oversee some minor repairs. From beginning to end, it felt like she was in it with us—almost like we were family. I’d 100% recommend Jenn to anyone. She is committed, honest, hard working, incredibly friendly, and is really great at her job. I’m really grateful for all she did for our family and the friendship that developed.

Jennifer could not have been more helpful in our rental process. We were originally not going to work with a real estate agent since we knew how to navigate Zillow and had access to MLS listings. Jennifers information was provided to us by someone to give us access to one of the homes we were looking at...We had been looking for a month. She immediately dove into helping us find more properties that we were not aware of. She called us The next day and told us “I found the perfect one for you.“ She was right! She went back-and-forth with the landlord multiple times in terms of negotiation and lease terms.

She was extremely responsive whenever we texted her. We actually felt bad because we had so many questions and reached out so frequently, but she reassured us that is what she’s here for. Overall, she’s just a really good genuine person too and seems to enjoy what she does.

Working with Jennifer was a wonderful experience. She was very attentive and professional throughout the whole process. We were not easy clients to deal with since we were looking for a place with very specific details but Jennifer made sure all the requirements were met. Even after we signed and moved into the apartment she was checking in with us and our landlords to make sure the apartment met our expectations. I definitely recommend Jennifer for anyone looking to find their new dream home!
