A Colorado native, Jennifer Gerdes brings a lifetime of knowledge about the cities and neighborhoods she specializes in. Her market knowledge, coupled with her expertise as a Certified Negotiations Expert, helps her serve the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout metro Denver’s southern corridor, including Denver, Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, and Centennial, among other cities. She is also involved in the Women's Council of Realtors as past President of the Mile High Network 2019.
Jennifer’s background prior to pursuing a career in real estate includes positions in property management, office management, and as a chief financial officer. She is also dedicated to giving back to the community by supporting the Susan G. Komen Cancer Research Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, the HOPE House, and the Teen Challenge charitable organizations. She is also currently involved in many boards and committees that raise money for the community or give back to the community like Columbine Hills Civic Association and South Metro Denver Realtors Association's Charities committee. Jennifer is passionate about the real estate profession, her community, and helping people make their dreams come true. She is very active in the Columbine community as well as the REALTOR community.
Jennifer is a loving wife and mother of four adult children. She enjoys photography, hiking, camping, fishing, four-wheeling, and music. She also enjoys meeting and helping people, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
