A few years ago I was looking at rentals and had Jennifer help me look in different areas. During that time, she had mentioned buying would be a better option. I wasn’t ready but she had me talk to her mortgage guy to get started.
I had a goal of finding a home with a minimum of one acre, horse property and no HOA.
As prices soared, people were telling me it would not be possible… Jennifer reassured me it would be AND in my price point.
A year and a half later, I closed on my new house. I wasn’t actively looking for very long and I didn’t get into bidding wars. Jennifer guided me every step of the way and gave me feedback that would allow me to be the offer that the seller accepted. I highly recommend Jennifer as your real estate agent. She is truly amazing at what she does and has her heart in the entire process.
