Jen Howze became a licensed Realtor® in early 2022. She has enjoyed helping many clients over the years on both the buying and selling side. She earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Divorce Specialist (DSC), Luxury Homes (LHC), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) certifications to better be able to serve clients with needs in those specific areas. She is also a certified Digital Marketing Master, which allows her to take marketing of a seller’s home to the next level.
Jen loves living on Emerald Coast of Florida! She was born in Minnesota and has called Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Germany home. Yes, that’s a lot of moving! Jen knows how difficult it can be to not just navigate a real estate transaction, but to keep your sanity during a move. She uses her professional background in learning and development to ensure her clients feel comfortable and educated throughout the real estate process. Whether local or cross-country, changing homes has LOTS of moving parts (pun intended), but with Jen’s focus on consistent communication, accountability, results, and doing the right thing for her clients, she’s ready to bring you closer to what matters to you most!
When she isn’t spending time with clients, you will find her enjoying time with her family and friends. Her favorite hobby is spending time on the beach, paddleboarding off the coast or in the Choctawhatchee Bay.
