My wife and I recently hired Jennifer to sell our house and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Jennifer was quick to schedule an initial appointment and was readily available to answer all of our questions throughout the process. It was easy to tell that she was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. She also works with an amazing team, including a stager, photographer, and a transaction coordinator whom were such a pleasure to work with and were extremely good at what they did.
Our house was on the market for less than two days before receiving and accepting an offer over asking. We don’t believe that this would have been possible without Jennifer. We were a little concerned that listing our house in the middle of October would cause it to sit on the market a little longer but that wasn’t the case at all.
Overall, we had such a wonderful experience selling our house with Jennifer! We will definitely be calling her for all our future real-estate needs and we won’t hesitate to recommend her to our family and friends.

This was the most stressful time of my life having to take a pay cut with fear of not being able to pay my future mortgages. So, I decided to sell my home. I read previous reviews about Jennifer and am glad i found her!

Jennifer introduced ideas to me that I did not know existed. From virtual tours to FaceTime meetings, every option of touring my home was provided. I am so pleased with the level of commitment and expertise she provided during this entire process. She always returned my calls and texts quickly.

At one point I was not sure that I would continue with the buyers who placed an offer to purchase my home. It was a complicated situation and I was dealing with out of towners. Our closing dates were pushed back several times and in the end, Jennifer pulled it all together.

I will miss my lake home. But i will always remember the person that helped me get through a very tough time in my life.

I can 100% attest that Jennifer is a customer driven realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional customer service. Jennifer had a terrific marketing plan in place for our house. Jen advised us on comps in the area and what it would take to sell the house in a competitive environment. Jennifer asked us to do more than just photos and encouraged us to wait a day so she could have a drone operator, and walk through video. The proof is in the results and Jennifer delivered! Ultimately, the listing went live on Tuesday afternoon about 2 PM ET. By Tuesday evening, we had four (4) showings scheduled for Wednesday. A purchase agreement was signed at 11 PM on Wednesday evening for above listing price. Jennifer worked every angle on our behalf until the last possible opportunity. Jennifer was in constant communication and set appropriate expectations throughout the entire process. Additionally, Jennifer also helped me buy a new house.
