I was thrilled! Having managed and trained 100’s of real estate agents over a 37 year career, I tend to be very critical of agents performance. Jennifer was Exceptional. It was an emotional time dealing with my sisters estate. Jennifer stepped up to make sure I didn’t have to worry about all the little details. So thankful for Jennifer! Not only were we first time home buyers we were also new to the area and didn't really know any of the neighborhoods. Jennifer patiently and thoroughly walked us through each step of the buying process. She was open and honest about the quality and condition of the homes and taught us little tips and tricks on what to to watch out for when purchasing a home. We LOVE our home and neighborhood. My husband and I owned a luxury 1800 square foot condo in Sandbridge, VA Beach for 16 years. We absolutely loved it but with our children grown, we were empty nesters with desires to travel to other places. It was time to sell. During the past 5 years, we gave 3 agents the task of selling our condo. 2 of them are top selling long time agents that live in Sandbridge and the market was saturated with properties. In 2021, I noticed that Jennifer sold 2 condos in our building. Finally! Someone who knows our building, also lives nearby, and has the real estate experience and business savvy that we needed. In July, 2022, Jennifer Keenan sold our condo! Her weekly communication with us was excellent. When we had offers, she carefully analyzed and negotiated the details. Jennifer was responsive and excellent since the first phone call I made to her. She went above and beyond and traveled all through Hampton Roads to find the perfect house for us. She had data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and Location. She truly knows the market and made great recommendations for us. She made closing very easy, with her knowledge of local businesses we had appraisals, surveys, And insurance proposals within days. Bar none the best realtor I have ever worked with.
