Looking for a home in this market can be a crazy nerve racking experience. Working with Jennifer made it enjoyable, she knows the market and knows her business! I don't know that I have ever worked with a more knowledgeable agent, she really seemed to go above and beyond.
If your looking for your first home or are a seasoned investor looking for your next property, you will not find a better agent to work with. I would definitely use her again.

I was referred to Jennifer through Sam Barnes Reality, I was looking to stop renting and buy a three bed room house. With only a few months left on my lease, I was set up on a search engine; I could select houses that were in my price range and area of interest. Once I found house I was interested in, I was contacted by Jennifer for times and days that worked best for me. What impressed me most about her was her knowledge of the real estate market and how she was there to answer any question or concern I had throughout the process. I have recommended Jennifer to friends and co-workers, her knowledge of real estate and the process from beginning to end is top notch. She is an agent who truly cares about her clients and is there for them every step of the way.

I have known Jennifer Key for a couple years. I chose to work with her because she is a trustworthy, caring, honest person. I knew she would find the best for my family and I. She exceeded our expectations. She took us to see houses that we would be interested in and that would be functional for our family. She didn't waste out time with places she knew we wouldn't like. She is very professional and knowledgeable about reality and what's going on with the market. She knows the best times to look for houses and is willing to take her time working with you. It isn't about the sale for her, it's about the happiness and what's best for your family.

I worked with Jennifer to sell my house. She came highly recommended by a friend. She suggested a sale price and listed the house for me. Over a three day period I had five offers, three the first day. We were able to close quickly which was great. Any questions I had she was able to answer. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She did a great job for me and I highly recommend working with her whether you are buying or selling!
