Jen Kyllonen is truly the best. Her understanding of the neighborhood, connections with other realtors and realty companies, and her endless list of service contacts and house professionals goes above and beyond expectations. She has a knack for staging, knows what's in/what's out, and staged our home beautifully (in fact, so beautiful we almost changed our minds!). Jen is extremely professional in handling showings, bid negotiations with buyers/sellers, and will always work to make sure you are #1. Her follow through is exemplary. Our house was on the market for only 4 days before the first bid came in. We ended up selling in 2 weeks for the exact price we wanted. Her commitment to her work made all of that possible. She truly is spectacular at what she does.
