Working with Jennifer was honestly one of the best decisions we made during our home buying journey. From day one, she treated our search with great attention. She took the time to really understand what we wanted – not just the number of bedrooms or the budget, but the feeling we were hoping for in a home.

What stood out the most was how incredibly thorough she was. She inspected every house as if she were the one buying it. I’m talking about checking corners testing fixtures, noticing things we would’ve completely missed and pointing out both the good and the not so good with total honesty. It never felt like she was trying to “sell” us anything; she genuinely wanted us to find the right place.

Her communication was amazing too. She was always quick to respond, always patient with our questions and always made sure we understood each step of the process, even during the stressful parts – offers, negotiations, inspections (like getting everyone together late in the evening)– she kept us calm and confident. She fought for us when it mattered and helped us get a deal we felt great about.

But beyond being a fantastic agent, she’s just a wonderful human being. Warm, kind, thoughtful, and truly invested in her clients. She celebrated the wins with us, reassured us during the rough moments and made a whole experience feel personal rather than transactional, and that made all the difference.

Even after closing, she didn’t disappear. She checked in, offered recommendations, and made sure we were settling in well, without waiting to be asked. That kind of care is rare.

Jennifer is the best- we're first time buyers who didn't know where to start, but knew the house we wanted. From day one, Jennifer was helping us with her MANY contacts in the area to set up financing, connect us with repairmen, and even met me on a last minute maybe I need to see this house again at 6pm on a Saturday. She's very motivated to help you find the right house, not just a house. She handled the negotiations and the whole process was way less stressful than I would've imagined thanks to her being on top of everything before we even asked. Highly recommend having her in your corner, and she's very much in touch through the whole process.

We haven’t bought a home in 38 yrs so lots of things had changed! We found Jennifer by visiting a very distinctive house she had listed. I then did some homework of reviews, and called. She returns your calls and texts even if she’s busy, and sets up a time to talk, meet, or show you a house. Jennifer is efficient, kind, easy to relate to, she listens to your concerns and picks up on your comments to refine home choices you might like. We were very pleased with her ability to quickly resolve a few problems that came up with the seller’s agent, and make them right for us. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Jennifer, whether as a buyer or seller agent. Her team at KW was informative and made the process of closing very easy.
