We hired realtor Jennifer Landry 2 times, first as our buyer’s agent in early 2020 when we were looking to buy a house in the Greenville area. Her professionalism, warm personality and courtesy never wavered, even as we withdrew an offer on the first house we chose (lotsa paperwork and finesse on an agent’s part when that happens!) Patience paid off, she helped us find a house in Taylors and handled the entire process as smoothly as could be. Six years later we moved out of state to live near family, and we wouldn’t consider hiring anyone other than Jennifer to help us sell the house in Taylors.
Again, she guided us through every step with her eye for detail and willingness to put in a whole lot of time and hard work. Especially since we moved out of state before putting the house on the market, which meant a lot more hands -on tasks and trips out to the property for Jennifer, handling arrangements with contractors and making sure the home was properly maintained. Jennifer Landry is a true Pro and we were so fortunate to have her on our side and working with us!

It is your #1 priority to find the perfect real estate agent (who over time becomes a wonderful friend) to guide you through all of the inevitable challenges. Working with Jennifer was honestly one of the best decisions we made during our home buying journey. From day one, she treated our search with great attention. She took the time to really understand what we wanted – not just the number of bedrooms or the budget, but the feeling we were hoping for in a home.

What stood out the most was how incredibly thorough she was. She inspected every house as if she were the one buying it. I’m talking about checking corners testing fixtures, noticing things we would’ve completely missed and pointing out both the good and the not so good with total honesty. It never felt like she was trying to “sell” us anything; she genuinely wanted us to find the right place.

Her communication was amazing too. She was always quick to respond, always patient with our questions and always made sure we understood each step of the process, even during the stressful parts – offers, negotiations, inspections (like getting everyone together late in the evening)– she kept us calm and confident. She fought for us when it mattered and helped us get a deal we felt great about.

But beyond being a fantastic agent, she’s just a wonderful human being. Warm, kind, thoughtful, and truly invested in her clients. She celebrated the wins with us, reassured us during the rough moments and made a whole experience feel personal rather than transactional, and that made all the difference.

Even after closing, she didn’t disappear. She checked in, offered recommendations, and made sure we were settling in well, without waiting to be asked. That kind of care is rare.

From day one, Jennifer was helping us with her MANY contacts in the area to set up financing, connect us with repairmen, and even met me on a last minute maybe I need to see this house again at 6pm on a Saturday. She's very motivated to help you find the right house, not just a house. She handled the negotiations and the whole process was way less stressful than I would've imagined thanks to her being on top of everything before we even asked. We haven’t bought a home in 38 yrs so lots of things had changed! We found Jennifer by visiting a very distinctive house she had listed. I then did some homework of reviews, and called. She returns your calls and texts even if she’s busy, and sets up a time to talk, meet, or show you a house. Jennifer is efficient, kind, easy to relate to, she listens to your concerns and picks up on your comments to refine home choices you might like. We were very pleased with her ability to quickly resolve a few problems that came up with the seller’s agent, and make them right for us.
