Jennifer's career in real estate began in 1997 as a full time sales associate. In 2001 she decided to advance her profession by obtaining her Broker's license from the state of South Carolina.
Jennifer's favorite part of being a Broker is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many people wether home buyers, developers or investors and help them consistently exceed in their real estate goals. Jennifer works hard to develop and maintain long term relationships with each of her clients. She respects the fact they have entrusted and chosen to work with her because of her ethics, experience and expertise.
Jennifer prides herself on giving all her clients, exceptional service, up-to-date market trends, comparable sales and market values so that her clients have the best information possible wether buying, or selling. She approaches each transaction with the strong belief that it is about the people, and not the agent.
Jennifer has found in her 22 years of real estate you must have great customer service, be a skilled negotiator, pay strong attention to detail, and have consistent communication. She knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
Jennifer is a graduate from the College of Charleston. In her spare time she loves, running, tennis but most of all spending time with her twin boy and girl 14 year olds.
