My husband and I worked with Jennifer in the spring/summer of '21. In today's hot market, we would be defined as an impossible case: buying a home with a contingency (selling). We had a budget to keep to and never felt pressured to go above that. She helped us talk through different options/ideas and really define what was important to us. Even with our complicated 'case' + this crazy market - we were under contract to buy with our fourth offer followed by being under contract for selling in no time. Jennifer fought for us to get the home we loved and set the sellers mind at ease with our contingency. She seamlessly handled the multiple appointments, phone calls, texts, and paperwork back and forth between our two contracts. She shielded us from any conversations we didn't need to worry about and kept us well informed with all of the need-to-know items. Jennifer provided recommendations along the way for different professionals (inspector, photographer, etc.) and we were very pleased with those whom she recommended. Coming from someone who works at a real estate law office, Jennifer (whether buying, selling, or both!) is worth every last penny and then some! Jennifer has honed in on her craft and is a true master at real estate.

From start to finish, Jennifer has truly cared about me and my family and worked hard to make sure our home was the best match for us. She knows the area and market very well and guided us to the most appropriate areas for us. I heard horror stories of people on their 40+ offers for homes and worried that would be my story, but our second offer ended in a purchase! Not only does Jennifer manage the purchase process well, she is still available with local trades for the final touches to personalize my home. She held the worry for me through the process as factors out of our control threatened. She mitigated each factor and laid out the best course for us. I am delighted that she was our agent and feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

Jennifer just helped us purchase a home in Nampa, ID. Throughout the entire process of viewing many homes, she was always very patient and helpful. When we decided against submitting a bid on a house, she was very understanding. She listened in order to learn what was important to us, and then worked hard to find the right house for us. Once we found that house, she continued to walk us through step-by-step of submitting an offer, conducting an inspection, handling any issues that came up, and guiding us through the closing process. I cannot imagine there is anyone better to work with than Jennifer. Over the years, we have had occasion to use multiple real estate agents, and she is head and shoulders above any others we have met. She is personable, detailed, thorough, professional, encouraging and overall lots of fun to work with. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone that is wanting to buy or sell real estate.
