Jen Bio:
With a background in International Adoptions and a Master’s Degree in Human Services, she became a Real Estate Agent in 2007 “for fun”. Jennifer quickly developed a very successful full time real estate business helping families in distress with short sales and working with buyers, sellers, investors, high-end properties and new construction. She has received multiple awards and recognitions for her real estate production and is the Principal Broker for The Addington Agency. Nerdy things: she loves the paperwork, contracts, negotiating and is a straight shooter. You will know what needs to be done to get your property sold or get your offer accepted! Jennifer is licensed in Tennessee and Virginia.
Matt Bio:
Matt is the life of the party and a jack-of-all-trades with a degree in Biology. He has extensive experience in construction and advertising and he rocks the camera! Matt loves to help families through inspections, repairs, and is the brains behind the advertising. He received his license in 2009, took some time away from real estate, but is back full time with Jen! Fun fact: In his spare time he is part of a professional BBQ team and yes, he will share recipes! Matt is licensed in Tennessee.
Matt and Jen have 6 kids ranging in age from 20-28, and have three granddaughters! We love all things family, adventuring, exploring, our church and our adorable pugs Willow and Tinki (they have a social media following)
