Jennifer Mcmanus

Clients have called Jen "Proactive, Professional, Tireless and Supportive." Her goal is to make the home buying and listing process as smooth as possible as well as enjoyable--from start to finish! Jen relates well to the experience of moving to Maplewood from New York City because she did it herself. She had lived and worked in the Arts in NYC for 15 years before she made the move to Maplewood in 2010 with her family. When she's not working on real estate she loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and rescue dog, Lucy. She also uses her dance and theater background to direct in the school musical every year! Jen loves living in this warm, welcoming community, many of whom are also City transplants. Less than 30 minutes on the mid-town direct train to NYC's Penn Station, the South Orange-Maplewood (aka. SOMA) area is home to a wide array of professionals who commute. Plus, it has its own lively arts and "foodie" scene with the benefit of having a "Village" for its downtown. Jen works hard to support her clients whether it is making their home the go-to listing or helping them find and buy their new home, every step of the way.
