Jennifer Nelson

Jennifer joined the Superior / Leading Edge team in 2022 after spending a decade focusing primarily on her family and many volunteer activities, including the local COH Planning Commission, MPO, neighborhood civic groups, and faith-based organizations. She holds a professional engineering license in Civil - Transportation and has work experience in regional planning, transportation engineering, green building, energy assessment, and residential structural engineering.

Originally from metro Atlanta, Jennifer has called Huntsville home since 2012 and is excited to be part of a full-service real estate team that offers exceptional buyer and seller representation as well as residential construction and renovation services. Jennifer’s geographic knowledge and background in various aspects of planning, engineering, and development is an asset to potential residential and commercial clients.
