Jennifer Nopper

Born in Richmond, VA, Jennifer grew up in the real estate environment. Her father owned a real estate and construction company in Richmond for 40 years. He worked in his office in high school, college, and beyond.

Some of Jennifer’s duties with her family's real estate company were typing contracts, meeting with clients and contractors, overseeing property management issues, and attending closings. Her father's aspirations for her were to take over the business, but she had other plans at the time.

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Radford University and a Master of Science Degree in Education from Old Dominion University. With degrees in hand, she moved to the beach and taught at Cox High School for the next 27 years in Marketing and Business.

She married her college sweetheart and had two extraordinary daughters Jess and Morgan. They have added to their family a wonderful son-in-law Robby and a grandson Everett, who stole their hearts.

Knowing someday Jennifer would return to her real estate roots, she found an excellent opportunity at Rose and Womble. With her background in Marketing coupled with her hands-on training from her father all those years, she knew she was where she should be and doing what she enjoys. She possesses the knowledge and deep understanding of what it takes to buy and sell in Hampton Roads. Being well-organized and detail-oriented she’s proficient in identifying market trends in real estate for her clients. Understanding client's needs and being committed to satisfying them are the cornerstones to her success. She possesses an "above and beyond " attitude that is of paramount importance to local clients as well as buyers coming from outside of Hampton Roads.

To be successful in this business, Jennifer figured out what her clients expect from their Realtor. Fortunately, many of these qualities she already has is hard work, honesty, compassion, and accessibility. She also places a great emphasis on communication, listening, and well as providing feedback are crucial factors in promoting a positive experience for the buyer and the seller. In addition, she has a high work ethic and a positive attitude which are also important in a good realtor. Finally, she produces! She knows what is takes to get the job done for you!
