We worked with Jen to help sell and then buy a new house. We were recommended by my brother who bought a house with her. Jen was great! She was always available to answer questions, provide support and any information needed. She is very knowledgeable but if she didn't know the answers she would find out quickly. This was the first time selling a house and she walked us through all the whole process and helped us each step of the way to get WAY more than we expected for the house. On the buying side, we bought at almost peak market and she really helped us win our first bid with her persistence and putting in a solid and creative offer. I would definitely recommend Jen to help sell, buy or both!

My fiancée and I had the best experience with Jen (and Elias). They were patient, informative, and RESPONSIVE which was exactly what we needed as first time homebuyers. If we had a question, we would text them and get a response almost immediately!! Or if we wanted to see a property, we would ask and be viewing it within a day or two.

We loved the team of Jen and Elias as it is clear which each’s strengths are and how they use them dynamically make them quite a formidable “one, two punch!”

Thanks to them we were able to find the perfect home that fit our budget, in the exact neighborhood we wanted and had all of our must haves (and wants as well) in just we few weeks, despite the crazy market! Maybe most importantly, we always felt like they were in our corner and they didn’t price pressure but gave us just the right information to make the right offer (proof in the appraisal). We have already begun singing their praises to people we know in person so it make sense to do here was well.
