Jennifer Padilla

A home is a more than a dwelling, it's where people gather with family, build beautiful memories, and find comfort. In Jennifer’s teen years, she helped others discover their next home by working for a local real estate broker. This filled her soul with a purpose that has carried into adulthood.

While in college, Jennifer studied real estate and land use, and had the opportunity to gain experience from a local developer. This developer transformed a gorgeous property into a thriving community with walking trails and parks, while incorporating much of the indigenous flora and fauna. It's now known as Serrano.

Jennifer was inspired to marry the two concepts of "home" and "community creation" by devoting herself to homebuilding. She works for those who need a home and who want to be connected with their community. This is Jennifer’s life dedication, and what drives her every day.
