We worked with Jenn to purchase our first home which we just closed on this week! She was fantastic! We had previously submitted 5 offers on homes using the Redfin agent and had no luck. Once we found Jenn, we closed on a house within 2 months.

Jenn was friendly and professional from the start. She is very experienced with the coastal San Diego market and her experience definitely paid off. On top of that, she went above and beyond to help make sure we had our ducks in a row up to and even after closing (setting up tenting, figuring out trash dash and water district, setting up contractors box for construction, referrals to landscapers and arborists).

As first home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know. She took the time to go through everything with us and we never felt rushed. She was responsive to all of our texts and phone calls. We just felt like we were in such good hands with Jenn and cannot recommend her enough!

Jenn & Dave are truly amazing. They exceeded our expectations during the entire home buying process. It was our first time and we didn't know what to expect, but we felt so confident the whole time knowing Jenn and Dave were taking care of us. They explained literally every step of the process and continue to check in on us regarding how we are doing in the new house. Jenn and Dave both came out to make sure the inspection went well and were communicating with us daily regarding the paperwork and each step. They were both incredibly professional while also making sure we understood everything happening, and they have so much knowledge in this area...clearly experienced & passionate about what they do. We really couldn't have imagined getting the house we got without them. We will be working with Jenn & Dave in the future for sure and recommend any future buyer do the same!

Jenn and Dave were referred to us by a friend who had bought and sold several homes with their help. We could not have been more pleased with the experience we had doing to same! We started looking right as the COVID-19 pandemic took off and Jenn and Dave were amazing about keeping up with the latest requirements as well as the impact to the market. We found our house quickly and as soon as we were ready, they helped us get our condo fixed up and on the market. They got it sold in 2 weeks while still in the middle of the pandemic. Jenn and Dave are professional, knowledgeable, and personable and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home!

You are way more than just clients to the Ragusa’s, they have become friends and genuinely care about their clients.
